Who We Are

VINU LAL

As Founder and Head (Sustainability) at Endurant Advisors LLP, he has over 25 years of work experience in mainstream media as well as online media, content and Corporate Social Responsibility. As founding team member of a New York-based business intelligence product Inside International Industrials Inc, India operations head of Mergermarket Group and as Head of Corporate Communications at ING Bank in India, he has held multiple roles and capabilities across his areas of expertise over the years.

Having worked out of New York, London and Shanghai for various roles, Vinu brings to the table his wide-ranging exposure into several business verticals and global trends. He has also interned with Financial Times in its London head office on a short-term assignment, attached with the paper’s Companies desk.

At Endurant, he aims to deliver best-in-class, tailor-made solutions to clients for ensuring how sustainability and brand complements each other and delivers the critical difference

JOYATRI RAY

As an acclaimed social development professional, Joyatri had represented India along with child advocates and CSOs in the UNCRC Day for General Discussion in Geneva. She has also been part of the prestigious IVL program of US.As Partner for Endurant Advisors LLP, Joyatri brings to the table her wide experience of over 25 years in developing CSR policies, designing programmes and deliver impactful CSR programmes for corporates. She had also managed Corporate Social Responsibility for ING entities in India as Director for ING Vysya Foundation. She also served in UNWOMEN (formerly known as UNIFEM), with particular focus on human trafficking in travel and tourism.Joyatri currently engages with several organisations and corporates to develop child protection mechanisms as part of their policy and practice. She also mentors small and medium sized organisations on advocacy actions, strategy formulations and result oriented implementation plans to strengthen their fight against human trafficking

MAMTHA SHARMA

Mamtha is a sustainability professional with 37 years of work experience across Corporate, Not-For-Profits and Government. Currently, she is an independent consultant and partner with Endurant Advisors LLP in the Citizenship area offering NGOs and corporate professional support. CSR experiences cover a range of target group such as children, youth, women and rural/urban population.Ten years as the head of IBM India South Asia Citizenship function, she established India South Asia program from the scratch to build a strong citizenship portfolio. The CSR initiatives were scaled up to position IBM as a thought leader in India particularly in the employee volunteering initiatives. Her stint with the British High Commission provided rich experience of working with leading NGOs (both Indian and international) and also facilitated setting up 250 plus small businesses.International exposure included travelling to 15 countries, which also included a full-time stint in Thailand.
